Practitioner Involvement (Teachers)

In addition to involving academics and researchers, JITPro also values the contribution of practitioners, specifically teachers, in the management and review process. Teachers involved in JITPro come from a variety of schools, such as: SMPN 11 Malang; SMAN 7 Malang; and SMPN 3 Singosari.

The involvement of practitioners is vital because they provide first-hand insights into the challenges and realities of implementing curricula and teacher training programs. These teachers not only serve as reviewers, evaluating articles based on their practical experience, but also offer valuable perspectives on professional development programs. By including practitioners in the process, JITPro ensures that the gap between theory and practice is bridged, allowing for relevant and applicable innovations in everyday teaching.
